	Connecticut's Lieutenant Governor Kevin Sullivan, 5th District State Senator Jonathan Harris, West Hartford Mayor Scott Slifka, West Hartford Town Councilors and members of the development team took part in the ceremonial groundbreaking for Blue Back Square. The project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2007.
