Blue Back Square, LLC is a venture created between affiliates of Street-Works LLC of White Plains, New York, JDA Development Co. of West Hartford, Connecticut, and Ronus Properties LLC of Atlanta, Georgia. This venture combines the national, mixed-use development experience and expertise of Street-Works with the regional sensibility and experience of JDA and the financial strength of Ronus. During the past twenty years, they have worked both together and individually on a number of successful real estate development projects in the Northeast.
